  • If you’re reading this you may be attempting to find away on how it is possible to get rock solid abs. If you’re like me you probably spent a large amount of cash on all those things we see on TV, and in the stores which claim to be the one that may give us the body we need.

Well they never seemed to really do the job for me. So I decided to do a little research, and put together my very own plan on how it is possible to get rock solid abs. I use my system five days each week, and I’ve seen great results from it.

First what I like to do is jog for 2 miles. Jogging or running is the main key to building your abs. Most of the people think in order to have perfect abs they must do millions of crunches. That’s just a parable. Yes crunches do help, but the main factor is cardio workouts.

Before fat even starts to burn away from your belly you’ve got to run at least 30 mins. So jogging for 2 miles at a medium speed takes about thirty minutes for me. Once I am done jogging my two miles I can then walk for a mile, then jog again for my last mile.

So when all is set and done I have jogged / walked four miles. Now this might look like a lot but it really isn’t. Naturally you will probably have to build your way up to four miles. So start by doing one mile for a week then 2 miles the subsequent week, and work your way up to 4 miles.

When you have completed the jogging and walking its time to do a few abs crunches to help build the muscle in our body. This can easily be done at any gymnasium, or right in your home. I suggest that you lay down on a mat to assist in giving your back more support and comfort. To start doing three sets of 20 AB crunches is perfect we do not have to kill ourselves. After you did that for a few days work your way all the way up to three sets of 50.

So this is the plan that I have put together to get rock solid abs, and I’ve been using this system for two months now, and I now can look in the mirror and see my abs like I usually wanted. This is straightforward to do for any one, and it works!

Losing body fat is not really as difficult as it may seem. In order to How To Get Abs Quick it takes a punch out of you, but you can do it: Best Ab Exercises

  • The obesity rates across the country have risen so high that it is now consider an epidemic. The staggering increase in obesity rates has resulted in a high number of serious health conditions. One such disease associated with obesity is Type 2 Diabetes. If not properly managed, Type 2 Diabetes can lead to a number of serious conditions such as kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, blindness, and amputation. Because a major cause of this type of diabetes is obesity, finding an effective weight loss method has become essential to reducing the risk of diabetes, alleviating this disease thereby making it more manageable, and even eliminating the disease altogether. One such method of dropping the excess weight to prevent diabetes is undergoing Lap Band Surgery.

Recent medical research has revealed that Lap Band Surgery is an effective treatment to improve or even eliminate the cause of Type 2 Diabetes in obese people. Lap Band Surgery (Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding Surgery,) involves placing an inflatable tube around the stomach to reduce the amount of food intake. The tube is filled with saline to reduce the size of the stomach. The size of the stomach is adjusted by adding and withdrawing the saline. The reduced food intake results in a drastic amount of weight loss.

Patients who have had this safe and minimally invasive surgery have seen a drastic reduction in the risk of getting Type 2 Diabetes, have alleviated the symptoms of the disease, and have even resolved the disease. As well, not only do patients achieve a drastic drop in weight, but the health improvements have been seen in patients of all ages. For instance, a significant drop in weight coincides with a decrease in insulin levels and blood glucose levels.

For those who suffer from obesity where their health is at risk, traditional diet programs have not been very helpful at helping them achieve healthy weight loss. In fact, the diet industry in general, is a multi billion dollar a year business that has very little proven results. Due to improvements in weight loss surgery such as the development of Lap Band Surgery, obese people now have an effective method to not only lose weight, but the result will improve and resolve such health conditions as Type 2 Diabetes. Those who are obese and have a BMI of 40+ are normally the most viable candidates for this weight loss procedure. To be considered a potential candidate for the surgery, you will undergo a medical screening process to ensure it will be safe for you to undergo the procedure.

Because unmanaged diabetes can lead to very serious and even fatal health conditions, Lap Band Surgery is a helpful solution to cure morbid obesity and prevent diabetes. If you are obese and are concerned your obesity will lead to serious health conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, you may want to consider Lap Band Surgery. It is important to discuss this surgery with your physician to learn the risks and benefits of having this weight loss procedure.

  • Struggling with the heavy, physical burden of carrying extra weight on your body can be exhausting. It can drain you physically and mentally. The science has proven that there exists a direct connection between obesity and negative health effects. Not only is this epidemic an expensive habit, but it is also the cause of many preventable premature deaths. Preventable action includes weight loss.

High blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea and heightened risks of cancer are all results of being overweight. This is just the beginning of a very long list of health implications for those who suffer from obesity. When you think about the dangers of being overweight, not only as an aesthetic factor, but as a real danger to your life. You may begin to wonder if it is really worth it.

High blood pressure occurs when there is fat tissue in the body that fights for oxygen. It needs oxygen and other nutrients in order to survive. This results in the heart working overtime, or at a ‘high pressure’. The heart has to take on this burden of pumping extra blood through the arteries to reach the fat tissue.

Type 2 diabetes is often caused by being overweight. Although this has typically been a symptom in adults, it is now common in children as well. This is due to the increasing number of children who suffer from obesity. Diabetes is the result of the body becoming resistant to insulin. This is the hormone that regulates blood sugar in the body.

Sleep apnea is when people stop breathing for short periods during their sleep. This causes inconsistent sleep patterns at night, and invokes sleepiness throughout the day. People suffering sleep apnea typically snore heavily. This health issue can also be set off by high blood pressure.

Women are especially prone to increased chances of cancer when they are overweight. Chances of getting exposed to breast, colon, gallbladder and uterus cancer are all increased when overweight. Living a healthy lifestyle and losing weight gradually can offset all of these increased chances for disease.

Weight loss can be an effective method for decreasing your chances of having to deal with such mentioned, and other, diseases. Adopt a program that will help you lose weight gradually. It has been proven that gradual weight loss is more likely to stay off, as opposed to a cycle of failed dieting. This is due to the fact that when you lose weight gradually you are most likely breaking bad habits. This is completely different than feeling you are getting deprived – which later turns into binging. Feel free to reprint this article only if you keep it intact and include the Author resource box.

  • One of the latest and preferred strategies for shedding pounds nowadays is turbulence training. In the world of weight loss, there is always a more recent, quicker, better strategy of losing undesired pounds and unsightly fat. Oprah generally has the mastermind of the newest craze on her show, and all of a sudden your junk e-mail filter is crammed with ads for the fresh product. Three months later , someone else appears on the show, with a new diet, a new supplement, a new metabolism booster, and the junk e-mail filters start filling up once again.

This ignores the question : “Is turbulence coaching just another trend in the never-ending cycle?” To discover the answer, one must know just what turbulence training is, exactly, and what it is not.

Turbulence coaching, according to the programs founder, Craig Ballantyne, is interval drilling with dumbbells, and weight training using one’s own body weight, designed especially for speedy weight reduction. It is designed to burn calories not only during exercise routines, but also between workouts, and can be done from the comfort of your house, without joining a health or health club or using high-dollar machines. All that is required is an exercise ball, some dumbbells, and maybe a chin-up bar if you are very strong, and a bench to incline your feet. This can be done in three short workouts per week.

What turbulence training is not, is even more vital than what it IS. It isn’t a dietary supplement, an extract from some plant in the Amazon Jungle whose secret has suddenly been discovered , and it does not involve long, time-intensive cardiovascular exercise routines that do very little to lose your belly fat.

It doesn’t involve never-ending ab exercises, or high-repitition, low-weight training which presumably get you ‘cut’ or ‘toned’. It isn’t a ‘miraculous cure’, the holy grail of shortcuts to weight and weight loss

Here is a link to make you aware of the turbulence training method turbulence training. You can watch for genuine look up of turbulence training in the following link turbulence training scam.

  • Are you overweight? Do you struggle when you button your pants every morning? Don’t worry, you are in good company. Most of adult Americans today are overweight, or have some kind of weight problem.

Not to mention all the other health problems that come along with being overweight. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a host other problems which can be directly related to weight issues.

Is there a reason for this? Were we always so fat? The simple answer is no. A hundred years ago, even fifty years ago, most people were thin and healthy. So what happened?

In the old days, most people weren’t lucky enough to sit at a desk all day. Work meant physical labor. Eight hours a day, five days a week.

If most of us are lucky, and are blessed with superhuman motivation, we go to the gym once or twice a week. The rest of us get little, if any, exercise.

And secondly, the food we eat is not nearly as healthy as it was before. Before, most of the food people ate was fresh, and grown somewhere near to where they lived. It wasn’t trucked in from across the country, or shipped in from a different country altogether.

Contrast that to now, when most everything you can find to eat has been processed, chemically altered, and filled with preservatives. This can’t be good for us.

The problem is, we have little choice in the food we eat on a regular basis. Finding fresh, locally grown food is not only difficult, but extremely expensive if you can find a natural grocer nearby.

Pretty much all the food you can find to eat today, from restaurants, to fast food places, to most supermarket food is filled with things that are simply not healthy to eat, and can cause all kinds of health problems.

It’s no surprise then, why we are becoming a nation of obese people. We are kept at desks, fed unhealthy food, and then shamed for being overweight. It’s not our fault.

The biggest scandal is that there are companies and corporations that are literally making billions and billions of dollars every year on food that makes us, and keeps us fat.

But when you figure out how to eat healthy, and get a little bit of exercise, you can start to take your life back, little by little. It may take a little motivation and willpower, but it’s your life. It’s important.

  • It is common knowledge that one should not indulge in excessive eating late at night. The belief is that if you’re sleeping then you’re not using the energy and so it will end up on your hips for eternity.

Is this in fact true, or is this simply another myth, inaccurately propagated through the years? Let’s take a look at some facts that will answer this question.

When your body eats food that it doesn’t burn, it stores the excess energy as fat. When we eat more than we’re burning, all of that stored energy results in the body fat that we see on our bodies.

Calories that are burnt are not only the ones that we have just consumed and therefore the idea of us gaining weight due to eating late at night is not true.

It’s also true that our body is constantly burning calories, even when we’re asleep. Simple tasks like, typing, blinking, and breathing all require energy, so our body is constantly at work.

Many experts will tell you that it’s a bad idea to avoid eating anything late at night. After all, the body may then go up to 12 or more hours without acquiring any new means of energy or any nutrients. Would you ever go 12 hours without eating during the middle of the day?

It is obvious however to avoid sugary foods late at night, in fact it’s a good thing to avoid these at any time of the day but if eaten at night they will keep you awake for longer and when you finally do sleep your sleep will be a disturbed one.

So, while it’s obviously important to sleep well at night and we don’t want to disrupt this, the bad things about eating late at night really do have nothing to do with weight gain, unless you’re simply eating extra meals during these times.

  • In recent years, bariatric surgery has become a common weight loss procedure to treat people suffering from severe obesity. This is mainly due to the successful results that have been reported by those who have had the surgery. However, there are some issues that potential weight loss surgery candidates should be aware of prior to having the surgery. If you are thinking about having weight loss surgery, it is important to be informed about the possible nutritional deficiencies that can occur after having the medical procedure.

Nutritional deficiency can occur after bariatric surgery because a major part of the small intestine has been bypassed. The small intestine is the area where nutrients are absorbed by the body. It is also the place where bile and pancreatic enzymes absorb fat-soluble vitamins from the ingested food. These important vitamins include Vitamins A, D, E, and K. Deficiencies that can occur after weight loss surgery include: Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency, Protein deficiency, Iron deficiency, Vitamin B12 and Folate deficiency, Thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiency, and other vitamin deficiencies. For instance, Zinc and Magnesium deficiencies have been found in some weight loss surgery patients.

Signs of protein deficiency include: extreme fatigue, loss of hair, and swelling in the legs. As well, common vitamin and mineral deficiencies include numbness and tingling in the feet and hands, bone pain, lethargy, nails that are brittle, difficulty seeing in dim light, wounds that are slow to heal, and bruising easily.

Weight loss surgery is fast becoming an increasingly common and effective treatment for morbid obesity and treating such conditions as diabetes, and improving a person’s overall health. Because it is common for obese patients to have nutritional deficiencies before they have weight loss surgery, it can further complicate patient health if they are not prescribed the right type and amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements during the recovery period. A weight loss surgeon will perform a physical exam on a patient prior to surgery which will include checking for vitamin deficiencies. During the recovery period, the bariatric surgery patient will have to follow a strict protocol of a long term multi-vitamin diet along with regular physician check ups. Studies have shown that taking multivitamin supplements can greatly help keep nutrient serum levels at proper levels. If a patient becomes deficient in a vitamin, the physician will make modifications to the dosage. The diet of a post-op weight loss surgery patient will be high in protein and vitamins.

In Western society, obesity has become a serious epidemic with grave health consequences. The health impact, both financially and personally, can be devastating as there are a number of illnesses that coincide with obesity such as diabetes, lung/breathing problems, heart disease, immune system problems, circulatory problems, and more. When it comes to people with severe weight problems, traditional weight loss products and programs have tended to fail to produce healthy weight loss results. Weight loss surgery has now become an effective weight loss solution. When considering weight loss surgery, it is important to consult with your physician to learn about the risks and rewards of having bariatric surgery.
